Peaceful studio apartment. The space My family and I live on this property but will be on the main level of the home. The studio apartment is upstairs and has a separate entrance. The studio has a queen size bed, twin size sofa sleeper, full bathroom, large closet, dining area, kitchen and a patio. Basic toiletries and cookware are provided. A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus access. Longer term stays are available September-February for up to 6 months. I have an Old English Bulldogge, Charlotte and a cat named Jewelz. My pets are not allowed in the guest units. Charlotte will be outside in the shared yard space from time to time. She is very friendly and we do our best to keep her out of your way. We do not leave her unattended in the yard. Quiet time is 10pm-7am as I do have young children. This doesn’t mean that you can’t check in late or come and go at anytime, that doesn’t bother us at all. Just keep in mind we have sleeping little ones. My house is not quiet during the day as I do have two young children and a teenager. We do the best we can to keep the noise level down when guests are here but you will hear us.
