This new, light & spacious flat is perfectly located for the sights of Richmond & easy access to London, 10 min walk to Richmond high street & Richmond station (trains to Waterloo in 20 min). Kew Gardens is a 10 minute walk, Twickenham stadium is 45 min walk or a short bus/train & Richmond Park an easy 5 min drive/25 min walk. This listing is for a private room plus full use of kitchen, bathroom, large lounge & balcony. Please note Airbnb distinguishes been private room & entire place listings. The space This is a very spacious and airy flat within easy distance of London and perfect for solo travellers, couples, friends and business travellers who are looking to be close to the city. Richmond has plenty of good quality restaurants, bars and cafes, including many along the River Thames. This flat is 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket for any last minute essentials. On - street parking is free overnight (4.30pm-10am Monday to Saturday) and all day Sunday. Max stay 2 hours during charging hours (please check with me as it may be possible to use my space whilst I'm at work if Mon-Fri). Please note that as with most other residences in London, there is some background noise due to transport links, but these stop overnight. Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and balcony as well as their bedroom and the flat is in a secure block requiring an access code (provided to guests). On street parking is also available, which is free from 4.30pm on Saturdays through to 10am on Mondays, as well as free overnight every night from 4.30pm-10am. Please note that it is charged between 10am-4.30pm Mon-Sat with a stay of two hours. If I am due to be out then guests may use my personal space as mutually agreed - please enquire to check availability. There is also plenty of parking near Richmond town centre. I am often out, either at work during the week or away at weekends so guests frequently have the whole flat to themselves.
