Gite Les Farges is a bright and airy southwest-facing, self-contained apartment. Part of a very old property, the gite is in the small village of Les Farges, in the commune of Saint Martial d'Albarede, near Excideuil. This quiet gite is comfortably appointed for two people with all of the usual facilities and equipment. Outside, there is a small private space and secure off-road parking. You will receive a warm welcome from the owner, Brian, who created the gite in 2020. The space Gite Les Farges is a self-contained apartment of c.40 sq. m, comprising a comfortable double bedroom, a pleasant lounge/kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with WC, wash-hand basin and shower. Guests will be able to borrow a picnic basket for day-trips, if required. Outside, there is a private space with table and chairs for outside dining, sun loungers, a barbecue and plenty of shade. Five broad stone steps, with handrail, lead up to the front door. Other things to note There is an EV charging point in Excideuil, two kilometres away.
