Auszeitamsee - half of a house by the lake

The property is on Lake Mattsee and with bus line 120 it takes about 40 minutes to Salzburg. By car, it's about 25 minutes / 19 km. You'll love my place because of the direct views of Lake Mattsee and the castle/village behind it, the direct lake access, and the quiet location. Therefore, we recommend booking at least five nights in this beautiful area. The apartment is on two floors with a south-facing balcony, 2 bedrooms and a large covered terrace. The space The place is well equipped, the dishes are sufficient. The rooms are very cozy and all bedrooms have lake views and balcony/terrace facing south. Guest access The key box is right at the front door near the parking area. The bathing area and the lake access are reserved for you. Other things to note Barbecuing on the lake is possible depending on the dry season. Renting of SUP's, paddle boat possible.
