Extremely central but tucked away — just seven minutes walk to Spark Arena and the harbour, and five minutes to Queen St and supermarkets — this is the best neighbourhood in Central Auckland — a quiet heritage building with a garden out the back , where one can enjoy a meal, and a picturesque reserve out the front. That is why many people choose authentic local hospitality and knowledge over hotels or backpackers. There is an extremely comfortable Queen size bed for you in this large master bedroom, along with a generous desk space to work at with super fast Wi-Fi throughout the home. I also have a highchair and port-a-cot for your child. The living room has a huge comfortable C shaped couch and carved Japanese coffee tables, a breakfast bench and stools for dining. A stylish living room with huge C shaped leather couch and state of the art 52 inch LG ultra-high definition television and Blu-ray/stereo guarantee you will have fun unwinding or entertaining. As this is my home, there will also be two or three high-quality guitars stowed in the house which you are welcome to play; and a library of novels, art, philosophy, and poetry books for you to browse. During your stay I give guests space, but love hosting while living in my awesome apartment and meeting travelers. Other things to note Parking is on-street pay and display from 8am to 6pm, Free overnight; $30 all day. Lots of Wilson's parking available right next door, though Victoria St parking may be the best value at $2 per hour for five hours, etc.
