Tenant has a key for this private room, and also have access to the common area ( a living room, a bathroom, a full kitchen, and a balcony for laundry area). You will be sharing the common area with other 5 international people. Therefore, it is an ideal living space for cultural interaction. We only offer mid to long term lease ( 1 month to 1 year lease) so this is an ideal place for people who plan to live in Taipei for mid to long term. Apartment facilities: washing machine, wifi, cabled TV, electric stove, microwave, oven, vacuum, kettle, refrigerator, water filter, and twice cleaning service for the common area.
