Sunshine Beach Holiday House - Dog Friendly

Doggy Holiday House offer guests who wish to holiday with their dogs, a comfortable 2 bedroom house close to wonderful Sunshine Beach. This recently renovated house offers modern appliances, leather lounge suites, and private courtyard and fenced back yard. The holiday house is just a few minutes walk to the local centre with its shops and cafes, to the surf club and the beach. The space 13 BRYAN STREET SUNSHINE BEACH is a renovated dog friendly cottage with 2 bedrooms, a secure tropical courtyard off the living area, and a fully fenced leafy back yard. There is NBN wireless internet throughout. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in robe and is air conditioned, while the twin has 2 singles and has built-ins wardrobes. The kitchen is new with stone bench tops and European appliances: microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee pod machine, and the usual utensils. There is plenty of work space, with an island bench-top. Just off the kitchen is the dining area that opens onto the courtyard. The lounge features 2 leather sofas, and a sitting chair, a 48 inch smart TV and fm/am radio, mp3 player. This area is air-conditioned to accommodate the open plan living space. The lower lounge has a leather sofa and a leather air chair and is a lovely reading area or work nook, looking out to the lower courtyard. The courtyard is a lovely area to relax and read, or dine al fresco under a canopy of trees and landscaped with tropical plants. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, while there is a separate toilet as well. There is a large single car lock-up garage, while there is room for another car in the driveway. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The back yard is private and fully secure, with a hot and cold outdoor shower to get the sand off after a swim. There is a hand held hose attachment for your doggie as well. This is a relaxing area to listen to the birds, the sound of the wind through the trees, and the surf. The entire house is tiled and is dog friendly. There are plenty of off-lead beaches nearby. Closest is a short walk north, on the southern side of Noosa National Park, and the other a 5 minute drive south at Marcus and Clarkes Beaches, and features miles of pristine beach. The house is split level and we have hard tiled floors. Access is also by a short flight of stairs both to the house and to the courtyard. Because of the stairs, for safety reasons, we feel this house is not suitable for babies, toddlers and young children. Also, unfortunately we cannot accept cats under any circumstances. Guest access 13 Bryan Street is a self contained free standing holiday home, and so guests have free use of the entire house, courtyard and back yard. Other things to note Noise. Please, for the sake of the neighbours, keep noise to a tolerable level. Please consider this if your dog might bark while you’re away. Like anywhere, the Noosa Council can act on noise complaints. Smoke alarms. Smoke alarms are sensitive to smoke, but also to dust, insects and humidity. Because our smoke alarms are linked, when one goes off, they all go off. There is a control device attached to the wall to the left of the entrance to the main bedroom. A misfiring alarm can be silenced by pressing the appropriate button on the panel. Pets We are delighted for guests to bring well behaved dog or dogs, that are bathed and flea treated, but the number and type must be approved by us at the time of booking. As mentioned earlier, dogs must be capable of being left unattended when you visit the National Park or have a meal out. Some dogs shed, so please consider this when you are departing. We reserve the right to impose a further cleaning fee, as the cleaner charges us, if required.
