Quiet house with garden close to the train station (2 tram stops away) & a 10' walk away from the city centre. For a different duration or to rent the whole house, please contact me. The space Guest room (queen-sized bed) overlooking the garden, on the south side. Master bedroom (king-sized bed), on the north side. The sofa-bed in the sitting room has a comfortable Bultex mattress for 2. English, German, Italian & Spanish spoken. Guest access Kitchen, Bathrooms, garden, bedrooms, dining room, sitting room, dish-washer & washing machine. During your stay I'm happy to help with local restaurants, shops, visits & sights to the best of my knowledge. Other things to note Non-smoking house. Smokers will find an ashtray in the garden.
