Our guest bungalow offers one large bedroom with air-con and providing accommodations for 2 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. Dive into our crystal clear, chlorine-free pool for a refreshing break. Walk down the cliff steps to jump in the ocean for incredible snorkeling, the incredible reef filled with tropical fish and coral, right in front of the property. Just enjoy!! The space Our guest Bungalow is located on our private, secure, gated property in the friendly Barangay of Bil-isan, Panglao. (6km to Alona) The beautiful, contemporary designed home, built to European standards spans 62 well designed square meters. The master bedroom with Queen size bed gives you a deep sleep. A luxury bathroom with shower is good for two!? A spacious living room with flat-screen cable TV, lovely dining area, full western-style kitchen sweeten your stay. Outside offers a relaxing patios, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea, relax after time in the pool or ocean. Also, outside the Bungalow is our beautiful, chlorine-free pool, manicured gardens & BBQ area, fireflies in the treetops at night, and stunning 180 degree ocean views. In contrast to alona beach our place is very natural and very quiet. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, garden, BBQ, and stairs down to the ocean. Guests are provided with remote control access to the automatic gate on the property. Our dogs, Buddy and Pipper (Labrador), love to play with our guests. They have also access to the pool; A lot of fun. Other things to note Awesome snorkeling and (scuba diving by Dive Center) directly in front of the property. Conveniently located close to the best of everything on Panglao – Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Music, and more (ca. 6km/ 15 min Car). But, with the quiet and privacy only found on a property like ours. Our Bungalow is located on our private, secure, gated property. Our pool is chlorine-free, using an ionizer filter system, and cleaned daily. We can arrange motorbike and car rentals. We can arrange private tours, and vans with driver. We can arrange shopping trip in Tagbilaran for food or just buying things at the mall. We can arrange scuba diving, and island-hopping trips. We can provide additional maid/housekeeping services at additional charge. Our Labrador dogs, Buddy and Piper, are friendly, loving and fun and also our guest.
