Bears Lair 1- cottage on the marina

A well established one bedroom, self-catering cottage on the waters edge in Marina Da Gama, Muizenberg. Secure parking, private entrance, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Centrally located to explore beaches, wine farms and the city. The space A cozy self-catering cottage right on the waters edge in Marina da Gama, a wonderful area to be based in while getting to know Cape Town. It's about 1,5 km from one of Cape Town's most popular beaches, it's a few minutes drive from the Constantia wine farms, and just a short drive from the beautifully panoramic peninsula - Cape Point, Kalk Bay and Simons Town. The space includes a kitchen with all of the amenities, wifi and a TV (with DSTV). A shared courtyard and swimming pool, secure access, and private entrance. This area is a birder's sanctuary - there are hundreds of species that come and visits, including pelicans, herons and owls. There's even a friendly family of Cape clawless otters that arrive on the deck some evenings. A child-friendly park is right across the road, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Guest access Only the courtyard, swimming pool and jetty are shared between me and guests in my two cottages. Other things to note I also have a Great Dane called Mooslie, who is a friendly, chilled, loving dog, and a cat called Ola. If guests aren't comfortable with pets, then I can make sure that they stay inside my house.
