Please note that due to COVID19, only stays of 1+ month or longer are allowed by condo management and requires submission of signed documents by guests at least 5 days prior to check in. This newly upgraded unit with balcony located at Field Residences Building 3 and facing green courtyard is very comfortable and conveniently located steps away from SM Sucat. There is swimming pool facilities that can be accessed for guests (for a fee). The building is very close to SM Sucat and about 3-5 minutes walk from the condo building. Pictures to be updated IMPORTANT UPDATE: NO PAID PARKING available at Field Residences due to ongoing construction of other buildings (far from the unit). If you have a car or visitors with a car, you will have to find parking space outside the condo community which might be extremely inconvenient and almost impossible overnight and would advice you NOT to book the unit. Violations for illegal parking in the condo can lead to 1,000php fine per day by the condo management which will be paid by the guests. Guest access Amenities Pool Use Monday to Sunday 9 am to 9 pm except Mondays which starts at 1 pm due to maintenance: 300php for adults 200php for kids Please let us know if you plan to use the swimming pool so we can advise you on process. Guests staying more than 14 days can pay a one time fee of 1000php and will be able to have unlimited access to swimming pool amenities but will require 2-3 workdays to process. Cost effective if guests are using the pool frequently. Paid Parking is NOT available due to condo expansion Please also provide valid ID of all guests. If you are not able to meet this requirement, we would suggest that you do not book the unit. Other things to note Self check in is available for free if you will be late but require advance notice and prior approval. There is a surcharge of 1500php If you require to check in from 8PM to 7AM to cover my representative’s safe travels to check you in late evening/early morning. City driving and out of town 10 passenger van also available Change of any of the bedsheets, linens, towels, pillow covers can be done for 500php and subject to availability.
