We hope you chose to share the experience of our home ☺ The space Access to Rye ocean beach is literally at the end of the street. The world famous peninsula hot springs is only a 5 min drive away. If golf is your thing, you have a wealth of options available to you to chose from, all within a few kilometres. For equine enthusiasts, gunamatta trail rides is only a short drive down the road. Guest access There are 2 distinct living areas, downstairs in the kitchen lounge area and upstairs where there are a couple of bedrooms and a 'Kids retreat'. Equipped with tv, games, books and toys for the really little ones. Dining room can seat as many as 12, with a gas BBQ adjacent on the deck. All queen bedrooms come with Bluetooth enabled clock radio that suits both iphone and android. This also doubles as phone charger for all phones that use usb. There are 5 doors in and out of the property with 3 decks to sit and enjoy the peaceful gardens and listen to the waves crashing at the end of the street. The kitchen has updated appliances and a family size fridge to store food for the household for the duration of your stay. We provide you with the key essentials of tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc to get you started on your holiday. For those with smaller members of the family, the house comes with some extras; namely a cot (There is also a portable trundle only a few cm off the ground for those who are transitioning to 'big beds'), change table, high chair, kids plastic cups, plates,bowls and cutlery for small hands, a bottle steriliser, picture books and a selection of soft toys, some of the most popular Disney movies and a stair guard to stop little explorers. (The kitchen also has the option to attach child-proofing cupboard and drawer stoppers) For the bigger kids, there is a PS3 with a selection of games, board games and outdoor equipment (balls, cricket set etc.) There is a full laundry with seperate washer and dryer, the house comes with linen supplied, but if you prefer to bring your own, let me know and I can quote you the charge with linen services removed, Bathroom 1 has bath and shower in one room, twin vanity separately and a standalone toilet. Bathroom 2 is ensuite to queen bedroom2 and has toilet, shower and vanity. Other things to note The home is on 2 levels, so there are stairs to access the kids retreat and 2 upstairs bedrooms. The property is huge, and boardered on all sides by thick vegetation, but note that it is not completely fenced at this time. Pets and small children may still need to be monitored during your time at our home. Even though we are not on a busy main road, it is possible to get out onto the street so caultion must be exercised.
