My cozy apartment is about 50 meters away from the next bus stop and within three minutes at S-Bahn and U-Bahn. A 15 min ride (public transport) takes you to the center. Its located close to a park and within 30 to 60 min by car (or train) you reach the Alps and at the lakes around Munich (like lake Tegernsee, Chiemsee, Ammersee, Starnberger See). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
