Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating The space This is a semi detached cottage with 2 large bedrooms. It has its own enclosed private garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing lounge. Please let me know if you find anything missing from the property or if you break any item as I will need to replace it. Guests are responsible for leaving the house in the same order they found it. All dishes washed and put away. Guest access You will have access to your own cottage with a private garden which is enclosed therefore safe for children and dogs. Please access the property through the small pedestrian gate with the number 2. Cars can be parked in the car port usually near the white van and walk back down the drive to find the pedestrian gate. Check in after 3pm and check out by 10am Other things to note Please note that check-in is on a key lock basis so any check in time allowed after 3pm. Check out is 10am Bedding required for the sofa bed is located in the cupboard next to it. If you message I can put the bedding together for you for the sofa bed
