Guest access The apartment has a hairdryer,washing machine, iron, dryer, vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner, iron. Bed linen, towel sets for every guest, disposable hygiene products are provided. In walking distance: Sochi Park theme park, Olympic Park, Southern Cultures Park, Formula 1 track,Ornithological Park, there is a spa ,baths nearby. You can get to the railway station and airport in 15 minutes, to Krasnaya Polyana in 40 minutes . Public transportation stop close to the house Other things to note When checking in, a security deposit of 5000 rubles is paid for the safety of the property, when checking out, it is returned to the guests. If 4 guests are specified when booking, and in fact 5 or 6 guests are checked in, including infants and children of any age, an additional payment for each guest is 500 rubles per day, an arena with linen and a high chair are provided for infants. Children aged infant (0-2 years)) without additional payment of 500 rubles per day can be accommodated in existing sleeping places, without providing a playpen and a high chair, if the child infant (0-2 years old) is 5-6 guest.
