The space Built in the seventeenth century, the property was part of the "Badia di Coltibuono" farm for several hundred of years. The villas have been restored for comfortable living, by the Architect Marta Lonzi, with the intent to preserve the integrity of the original buildings. This Villa develops over three levels. All floors are accessible from the outside area. On the third level there is one living room, and 3 bedrooms. On this level, one bedroom has double beds and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a wardrobe. On the second level there is a living room and a large bedroom with double beds and a large private bathroom and wardrobe. On the first level there is a kitchen and a dining area. From the living room there is a staircase leading to the dining room and kitchen. It can be estimated in a range from 40 to 60 euros per day. The cost is calculated on the actual consumption of bags of pellet. It is advisable to heat the house for 1-2 days prior to the arrival. At the arrival it is requested a deposit of 50 euros for each day of the stay. On the property there is another villa, Villa Fontecaresino 2, but is not adjacent to Villa Fontecaresino 1. Each villa, and its amenities as garden, parking and swimming pool is to be considered independent. The price do not includ the local tax to be payed in cash at arrival. The cost is 2.0 euros per person per day for maximum 7 days. Children under 15 years old do not pay. An Extra of 15 euro/day is due for every guest above 9 people. We inform our guests that upon arrival, in compliance with the Italian legislation, we are required to proceed with the identification of each guest: a copy of a document of identification will therefore be required.
