Just 15 min from Midway Airport (for Orange Line Train avail 24/7) or Walk to Metra station (M-F only) The space There is a Full-size bed in a Private bedroom featuring a Spa Sensations Memory Foam Mattress (and box spring) and 2 Gel Memory Foam Pillows and 2 Beautyrest Down Alternative Pillows available. New Plush Carpeting and New Wood Floors throughout. Enjoy the use of the following areas: Shared kitchen Note: there are some cooking limitations, such as: no cooking of onion, garlic, pesto or pungent odor foods; no cooking after 8pm (please refer to house manual). Shared Bathroom Front Porch and Back Patio Street Parking available directly in FRONT of house NOTE: The following areas are NOT AVAILABLE for use: Living Room and Outside Fire pit, (as well as Hose/water as there is a Car Wash two blocks from my home). And… The Laundry Room Machines are NOT available to guests, although there is a brand new facility now within walking distance - 3 short blocks from my home. Guest access You are staying in a shared home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. You have access to your private bedroom, as well as partial use of the kitchen (with limited amenities), and then the bathroom, front porch and back patio. NOTE: You must have a government ID and an up-to-date profile picture on your profile in order to stay in my home so I know who to expect. NO LOCALS. During your stay I will be available to offer help throughout the stay. Please let me know if you need anything. While our cleaning crew is extremely thorough, we hate for anything to fall between the cracks...so if you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out...even if it's a roll of toilet paper. NOTE: I was an essential healthcare worker so my house is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis; and I do have an elderly parent I interact with on a daily basis, so, if you are running a fever or have been sick prior to coming to my home for this booking, please consider canceling as I can’t take the chance of being around my family. Thank you for your consideration. Other things to note All Guests MUST have a government ID and an up-to-date picture on their profile in order for me to know who will be staying. NO LOCALS. I do not accept children under 12 years old or infants as my home is not suitable and this room is for one guest only. Towel/hand towel/washcloth, bedding, linens and pillows included. Please be respectful when using towels and bed linens, etc. as any damages to towels, linens (or any other household item) due to makeup, oily hair products, or oily lotions will be taken out of the security deposit for replacement or reimbursement for additional cleaning that was required to bring item back to acceptable condition. TV with basic cable included and Internet A Closet is available for use as well as a cubby hole shelving unit (with fabric drawers) is available below the TV.
