Charming Boutique Villas in Berawa, Canggu. Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom villa located in the stunning Berawa area of Bali, just a few minutes' walk from the beach! This is the perfect spot for a group of friends or a family looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of paradise. The space Every detail from the interior decor, amenities to housekeeping service is done with intention to give you the best experience of living in Bali. The villa has an enclosed living room with large sliding doors to the outdoor area with private pool (3 x 7 x 1.80m), sundeck, outdoor shower and lounge area. The living room and all the bedrooms have air-conditioning to keep you cool during those hot days. You're welcome to prepare simple meals with the open-plan kitchen and island, equipped with a big fridge, pots, pans, tableware, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cutleries. Each villa has two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom that has a spacious standing shower, toilet and double vanity. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, working desk, large wardrobe and comfortable double beds with a cozy klamboe / sheer curtain that also keep any mosquitos out to ensure a restful sleep after a long day. The bedrooms have black out curtains, in case you're a light sleeper. The master bedroom is connected to the living room. The second bedroom is not and you have to go outside, pass the pool to get to this room. This is especially important information for families with young children. Guest access The villas are strategically tucked away at the end of the side street, just off the main road behind the famous bakery BAKED. The villa has its own private car park in front of the entrance + some space for a few motor bikes. Check in time is from 15:00 pm Check out time is until 11:00 noon Please contact us beforehand if you need to store your luggage before check in time. Other things to note Our villa is located on the beautiful tropical island of Bali, surrounded by nature. While we do our best to keep the space clean and well-maintained, it's common to encounter bugs and small lizards from time to time—they're simply part of island life. If you're uncomfortable with this, we kindly suggest booking a more urban stay. We want all our guests to feel at ease and enjoy their time here! The villas are right in the heart of Berawa, Canggu. Down the street you have amazing restaurants from Terra, Long Time, Jalapeno, Baked and plenty of gyms, supermarkets, co-working spaces, beach clubs, shopping and cafes. Finns Beach Club, Atlas and the famous Berawa beach are just a 10 minute stroll away where you can catch the epic sunsets of Bali. UNA Villas comes with high speed wifi. Pool cleaning is done 2 times a week. You can bring your personal laundry to the nearest Laundry down the streets or ask our staff for assistance. If you need to rent a car, driver, and motorbikes, we're happy to assist with this. We rent a baby cot, high chair and pool fence upon request. We can't wait to host you and we're sure you'll definitely fall in love with our beautiful place! FAQS - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Gusti will help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 12:00 noon while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 - 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00 will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. -Q: Could I have breakfast in the villa? - A: We don't offer in-house breakfast, however the villa is surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance enjoy any meal. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal to prepare simple meals. -Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day? -A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience except for Sundays and national holidays. -Q: Can we have extra clean towels? -A: You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A: This villa is for 4 people.
