Old farmhouse in the middle of nature

An old farmhouse on the Stettiner Haff Nature Park, between forest and meadows, with a huge property (natural garden!) for walking in great nature. Walk in the forest and field, swim in the lake 15 minutes away or watch rare animals from the house. Ideal for immersing yourself and forgetting the big city, for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, romantics and families with children. No dogs allowed. The space The renovated house was built around 1920 and has preserved the rustic charm of its time. We mainly use the house ourselves as a weekend and vacation home and only occasionally rent it to guests. The house is decorated in a simple country house style of Scandinavian character, carefully, with subtle colors, in natural, gray and white tones. Not ornate, not roughly rustic, but rather simple. The great thing about this house is the immediate surroundings, the incredibly beautiful nature - see "About the neighborhood/environment"! We carefully renovated the house in 2017/2018, taking care to preserve the beautiful, old. The wooden floors were sanded and resealed, the walls whitened and the kitchen was somewhat cleared out and everything was furnished in the Scandinavian country house style. We have taken care to find as much furniture of the time as possible and to make it simple and fine, but cozy and habitable with children. The attic is expanded and insulated; here is the large bedroom with a 3 m wide family bed. Since despite the setting "No pets allowed" requests of this kind came, please note: dogs CANNOT be brought! (e.g. due to allergies). ATTENTION: The house is heated exclusively by wood stoves. That means there is no heating that can be switched on and off. Therefore, the house is only rented in the warm season. The following rooms are on the ground floor: - Hallway/hallway/entrance area - Kitchen - Small dining room - Small living room - Small workroom for crafts, painting and sitting at the laptop - Bathroom with bathtub incl. shower, sink and toilet - Dressing room/closet room - very small bedroom (more like a sleeping corner) with single bed and table, which we use as a guest room. This room has no door, the doorway is separated from the living room with a curtain. - Building services room/cleaning room Extended attic: - Large bedroom with 3 m family bed (2 double beds next to each other) and space to play. Outside on the property there is: - lots and lots of nature, lots of trees, small paths and flowers - heath-like forest landscape - a dining area with table and chairs under trees - a place with a barbecue - a place for the hammock (please always put it in the house in the evening) - a tool shed, but it should not be used Guest access If you rent the house, you can use the whole house and of course the whole large property. We are not on site, so you have everything to yourselves. Other things to note Unfortunately, making a fire outside is prohibited. The risk of forest fires in the area is very high. Very, very important: Always flush the toilet for a long time - at least 2x. Even with the "small business," always flush the entire toilet tank and do not use too much toilet paper, otherwise the line will clog, and you do not want that (and neither do we). Especially for the "big business" flush completely at least 2x! Smoking is NOT allowed in the house, not even "out the window." Cigarette butts must not be left on the property. The neighbors must be respected. Those who live here appreciate peace and nature. Some of the neighbors are only on site on weekends. It is not allowed to take photos of the neighboring houses and neighbors. It is not allowed to post photos online indicating the location (privacy concerns of the neighbors ;)
