Melbourne's funky Coburg awaits at this family-friendly 3 bedroom house. Located just 10 kms North of Melbourne CBD. Plenty of space makes this a perfect retreat for families, business trips, or a spontaneous getaway. A true inner North suburban home that feels remotely located whilst being very connected. You can access Merri Creek trail from a gate direct from our back garden. Tram located at the end of our street ( a couple of minute walk ) for access to the CBD via Brunswick and Carlton. The space Drift into our naturally lit 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, beautiful, well stocked kitchen featuring open shelving and beautiful wood-work, the perfect kitchen for the culinary chef to experiment in. The open-concept lounge, invites you in with beautiful danish-style sofa and armchairs, koala queen size sofa bed, a massive open bookcase with many titles to choose from, as well as as a flat screen TV for a netflix binge session. Enjoy the 2 luxurious bathrooms - one ensuite and one separate. The main bathroom is host to a blissful rainfall shower, and deep bathtub. Relax in the back-yard with lots of space to run around. Guest access Guests will have unlimited access to this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home. Some features include Well stocked Kitchen, with dishwasher, large double door fridge, gas stovetop, full size electric oven. The Main bathroom is host to a beautiful open space rainfall shower, deep bathtub, plenty of storage space. The ensuite is generous in size with large shower and plenty of storage space. Washing machine and detergents provided. The Childrens room has two king single beds on wheels and we also store some toys and teddies for children to play with. You can access the merri creek walking trail from a gate in our backyard. Other things to note The backyard cannot be accessed from within the home, you must walk from the front yard to the back. Please note the yard is fenced at the rear, but is not fully fenced. Overall this is our home. It is not perfect and it is not a serviced hotel. There is occasionally bugs from being by the river, quirks and many things are not perfect. But we believe this is a bonus to not staying in a hotel with minimal character. You are expected to clean after yourself and if staying for a longer period wash and replace your sheets and towels. We have a gardener who attends to mow the lawns, wash the deck and blow the paths monthly. He may arrive during your stay, however will not disturb you inside. The side of the home has a Perspex which allows natural light into the home. This includes the kids room. Other bedrooms have block out curtains. We enjoy being woken naturally and this is how our home was designed for our family. If this doesn’t suit you, please do not book to stay as we cannot block the light for your stay. Please place bins out each Thursday facing the street. Whilst there is a porta cot and high chair, please note we take no responsibility for injuries that may be caused and we urge you to follow manufacturers instructions for safe use and supervise children at all times.
