This newly build villa brings a modern look in this charming and authentic part of the Peloponnese. Enjoy easy access to the sea and beaches (walking distance) as well as the romantic small town of Koroni nearby. The space Set in the idyllic garden is a striking newly built pool, blending in with the cloudless sky. Around the pool you will find comfortable loungers perfect for reading your favourite book and slowly sip on a freshly made coffee. Or maybe relax on the upper terraces, another wonderful vantage point from which to survey the beautiful Messinian coastline with the famous Mani area of the Peloponnese on the other side of the bay. At Villa Vita, al fresco dining is a joy. You will have an upper terrace partly protected by a shaded pergola with a choice of views towards the ocean or the hills and mountains Inside, the villa is equipped with a modern SMART TV, WiFi connected sound system as well as fast speed Wi-Fi in the whole house and garden. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. On the top floor there is an open planned kitchen and living room with a second full bathroom. Each bedroom has two beds. There is also a folding bed available which can be used in one of the bedrooms if needed. The house is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is exclusive, modern and fully equipped including nespresson machine (for small pods), dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, stove, fridge and freezer. You have a separate tap for drinking water which is purified through reversed Osmosis which gives an excellent quality drinking water. Bedlinen, bathroom and beach towels are provided.
