This two bedroom, modern house is perfect for families, couples or a small group, who want to enjoy the lovely East Neuk of Fife, with numerous golf courses and walks including the Fife Coastal Path. The space The house is light and spacious with local art work throughout. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a large Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a large dining table for 6 people, with patio doors out to the small garden area. Perfect for sunny days or evenings. There are two large bedrooms; one is ensuite and the other is next to the family bathroom. These main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have been upgraded in 2026. The main bathroom has a bath and overhead rainfall shower. The en-suite has a new rainfall shower. There is a toilet downstairs. There is plenty of parking outside the house. It’s a quiet street with ten spaces in front of the house and ten opposite. Two of the spaces are at our front door.
