Sea'Tea Quirky guest room 'studio'. Own entrance

Located in the heart of Falmouth, the accommodation is a quirky space. You will benefit with your own entrance from the street leading to a large bedroom, double organic mattress, south facing, and a desk table. Beside a living room with Tv is accessible from the hall and an original breakfast 'bar' for snacking. Private bathroom with hammam/boat feel. (limited space head around 1m80, shower 1m/70 max). The house has steps & temporary divider. Free Parking spot on side sloped street & around. The space Unusual 60s-70s house story and layout in the conservation area of Falmouth, like a white boat house moored in the street. Part of the bottom floor is submerged and rises from the other side. This area is mainly for your use but we keep an access for private utility, heating control and shared living room when in need. The bedroom is bright and light, and possible to lock. The living room has borrowed light window and we reserved it to guest during their stay. We created a bar for light breakfast & quick meal (salad, reheat food..). Unfortunately no kitchen and only bathroom sink available, however Falmouth is full of varied place to eat or take out. The floors space are interconnected with corridor and steps. Hence it is not really adequate for some disability, but do feel free to enquire. Some work in progress and temporary setting as we are figuring out the layout possibilities. Guest access On demand, its possible to access the back Garden. During your stay We are a friendly couple with interest in design, art, travel, cooking, sport... leaving in the top floor of the house with our own entrance. As we are both full time key worker, we might not be available and meet for your check-in, but always happy to reply as quick as possible and chat if you need advice, have questions or issue. Other things to note Further details : Note that our private space is behind the fridge corridor. At the end of each stay, a cleaner is usually scheduled. The bathroom has limited head space with a new hand held shower fitted for modern living and an oval shower curtain ring to prevent water spray. This might not be totally suitable for very tall people ''1m70:' or those who want a full shower experience. Many thanks for your understanding
