The apartments is 90 sq. meters with 20 sq. meters of terrace situated on the 3rd and top floor. The building originally belonged to a noble family dating back to 1615 and has been renovated several times over the course of the centuries. The apartment is reached either by an elevator or an impressive staircase after entering through a breathtaking portico. The apartment consists of a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a very large open space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with a couch and TV and a second bathroom off of the living area. In the living room the couch pulls out into a bed that can accommodate either one adult or 2 children. There is also a sofa bed that can accomodate one adult. The terrace is the jewel of the property, large, sunny and private, is the ideal place to spend some time dining outside or just relaxing. Guest access You cant come into the old city with your car but there are several parking options. There is metered parking on Viale Varese or Viale Lecco and it is free from 8pm-8am. Both are about a 5 minute walk to the apartment. There are also several parking garages around the old city. The cost is about €25-30/night. Other things to note Check in until 8 pm.
