This is a basic budget property, pleasant for a long or short stay. Parking for tenants is available. Deposit & Charges • A cash security deposit is collected at check-in. • Charges for electricity, water, cable service, and final cleaning are collected at check-out and can be deducted from your deposit. Street-Facing Rooms – Night Noise Possible Most rooms face the street. While many guests rest well, some may hear street noise at night. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs for comfort. 5. No Elevator – Stairs Required Our building has no lift, and guests will need to use stairs to access their rooms.
