2 bedroom annexe attached to house in desirable area 9 minutes walk from town centre. One double room and one triple room. Rooms are tastefully decorated with new furnishings accommodating up to 5 guests. The accommodation has adjoining rooms with one entrance and one bathroom. There is a mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities. Please note there is NO kitchen area. One room has a breakfast bar with tableware and a few facilities. Keys available for each room and front entrance. The space Close to city centre and all amenities. Ideal base to start NC500. There is one small bathroom shared between the 2 adjoining rooms Guest access Access to keys is available via keypad although we are also available for most arrivals too During your stay Owners live in separate part of house but are available for any questions Other things to note we do have a dog and a cat on owners premises but they do not access the annexe.
