Secret T15: View of the countryside in the old town

You will love the quiet, cool (in summer) apartment in the courtyard building (1st floor without elevator) in the old town of Graz, just a few meters from the Mur, and feel comfortable when you have enjoyed art and culture. The sights in the center are less than 15 minutes by foot. Perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. Supermarket, restaurants, the most popular shopping center in Graz and public transport in the immediate vicinity, underground parking 280 meters away. The space Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is in the 25m² studio. Smart TV and Internet are available. Guest access The studio is only accessible to you. Since this is a private apartment, you will soon feel at home. There is an absolute ban on smoking in the apartment, but in the square in front of the apartment there is a parapet and an ashtray that can be used by smokers. In the kitchen, apart from pepper and salt, there are other spices, vinegar, oil, ketchup, mustard, jams, fruit syrup, etc. However, the highlight of the enjoyment is my brother's home-roasted LINDBERGH coffee. With the coffee grinder, you can always grind it freshly so that it can spread its full aroma. Tea drinkers will always find various tea bags on site. At the grocery store Billa 83 meters away you can find it all! Except my brother's coffee! Other things to note I have to collect the overnight tax of €2.50 per person per night from you and forward it to the city of Graz (not yet included in the above price). For longer stays, there is the possibility of weekly or 14-day interim cleaning for a small fee. It is recommended, because due to the very calcareous water in Graz, otherwise the fittings and the glass showers calcify very quickly!
