Beautiful house in the old city of Antibes
Description
The space Our vacation home is located in the historic center of Antibes on a pedestrian alley, about 60 meters from the Place Nationale in a quiet, sunny southern location. Despite the quiet location of the house - the one in the garden in front of you, only sometimes, after the influx of a gust of wind, rises its view of the suddenly moving oasis of palm whales - the lively streets of the old town, the Marche Provencal and the boutiques are within a minute's walk. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, each with two double beds, one with an additional single bunk bed, as well as a shower with sink. On the first floor there is the toilet with sink, the living room with open fireplace, the dining kitchen with corner bench, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. After the kitchen, a covered outdoor seating area comes out to the garden, where you actually stay all year round. Bananas, oranges, lemons and wine grow in the garden. It also has roses, rosemary, and a shady olive tree. We are particularly happy if you also treat the plants to a sip of water after a sunny day. In the garden shed there are three wheels and appliances. The house is fully furnished except for bed and table linen and towels for 4-5 people. The car is not needed for daily use, it is located in a private underground car park just behind the post office, about 5 minutes' walk. For unloading and loading luggage from Place Nationale, there is a suitcase wagerl, which can then also be used in between to transport lazy children and wine and beer boxes. If it should be shaded in winter, turn up the electric heater. Thursday and Saturday is a market in Antibes, and there is also an antique market, where we have often struck out of a mania. Part of it is hanging or still in the house. A companion takes care of the final cleaning independently, so you can rely on cleanliness and leave carefree.
