We also accept pets. Upon entering the house, you will find a large living room with a sofa bed, TV and a round table that comfortably seats 4 people. From the living room you can reach the kitchen and bathroom, both equipped with every comfort and super-equipped for a stay in comfort. Finally, a beautiful staircase decorated with mosaics will take you to the sleeping area. Here you will find a comfortable bed with drawers, a small closet, a chest of drawers and the availability of double pillows. HOW IT'S COMPOSED The two-room apartment is renovated (renovated from year to year) and consists of a living/entrance room with sofa, table, large cabinet and TV (satellite antenna with tivusat decoder); new kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, gas stove and all the necessary equipment for cooking. Bathroom with shower (shower stall) and washing machine; loft/bedroom (height 1.80 meters) with comfortable double bed, air conditioning/heat pump, wardrobe and mosquito nets on both windows. THE SPACE The house is ideal if you want to have everything at your fingertips (restaurants, bars, bike and umbrella rentals, etc.) but also perfect if you want to spend your evenings at home. It is equipped with many kitchen accessories (cutlery, glasses, pots, wine glasses, etc.) and you can fully enjoy the house. Wi-Fi and TV complete the comfort if you want to stay home. The sleeping area and kitchen of the house face an internal garden, ensuring tranquility. THE SURROUNDINGS Casa Wonder is perfect for enjoying a beach vacation on the beautiful Trabocchi Coast, and the proximity to bike rentals will easily allow you to take a long ride while admiring a unique landscape in Italy. If you love the sea and sports, it's the perfect place for you! The house is very close to many clubs, bars and typical restaurants within walking distance without having to move the car. You'll be spoiled for choice about which food you'll want to taste. Its location is strategic if you love spending days at the beach because 30 meters away you will find the sandy beach of San Vito, with the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds. If, on the other hand, you want to take a few more steps, you can reach beautiful rocky shores and enjoy a relaxing day. PARKING & OTHER MEANS The two-room apartment is located near a parking lot that is partially paid (you need to pay on the blue stripes, not on the white ones). However, it is very easy to find a free space nearby to park your car. The train station is about 800 meters away and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION The municipality of San Vito Chietino carries out separate waste collection, so you will find all the bins set up to do so in the house. The pick-up calendar is displayed in the house. Other things to note The daily tourist tax of €1.00 per person, to be paid upon arrival, must be added to the rental cost. About 800 meters from the San Vito-Lanciano train station and 100 meters from the bus stop. Lanciano highway exit 5 km away and about 35 minutes from Pescara airport.
