Carindale Suite with City Views, Self Contained

Carindale Retreat is a self-contained modern guest suite in family home atop a hill overlooking Carindale, and out to Brisbane city. Alongside the open plan bedroom-dining-lounge area with city views, this suite has a separate kitchenette and bathroom. As well as this you'll enjoy the secluded patio space with your own outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ. Great for business stays and stopovers. The space Firstly, Carindale Retreat has it's own private keyed entry from the outside, via a lock box, so you can come and go as you please. Parking and entry is via a quiet cul-de-sac. The main living area features a 3-seater leather sofa, coffee table, Smart TV with Netflix, dining table with 4 chairs, which can be used as a work-space, not that you'll notice because you'll be too busy gazing out the large windows at the city lights. The kitchenette comes prepared with a Nespresso coffee pod machine and milk frother, mini fridge & freezer, induction hotplate, 5L air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, sandwich press and all cooking utensils and crockery you'll need. Currently there's no oven. Whilst we will always try to keep noise to a minimum, we do want to make you aware that it's a bustling family home, and you might hear us before and after school and on weekends. Room comes with a Queen bed. We can also make up a single mattress on metal frame with bedding to accommodate a 3rd adult or child. Other things to note Special note regarding accessibility: Entry to the suite from the street requires walking up some outdoor garden steps that are uneven and have no hand rail. For this reason we do not recommend the suite for those with mobility issues or at risk of falls.
