It is the oldest remaining Belle-Epoque house of the city, but offers up-to-date conveniences and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with old chestnut trees a fig tree and lots of Hydrangeas. (Villa Lijsterzang means : Trush Singing villa) It is ideally situated offering a wide range of shopping, sporting, relaxing and cultural activities. Bruges is only 18 km distance and Ghent is located at 50 km. the recently opened indoor swimming pool with huge leisure facilities is only 1 km away. The beach is only 750 m from the villa. Our holiday house is the perfect place to take that well earned break alone, with friends, colleagues or family. Family stays are well suited to our house - we adapt to all your needs. Due to its ideal location (only 5 minutes walk from the train station) and there is parking space for 4 cars, and 4 free bicycles available in the garage. The house has a spacious living room with two terraces, a totally equipped kitchen, 3 rooms, a separated sleeping corner, 2 bathrooms, free wifi and cable TV, DVD and a lot of films and books and magazines, you will have everything you need: - digital TV with cable and DVD - free Wi-Fi - a cozy living room, breakfast corner for 6 - a fireplace with enough burning wood available - a dining room for 8 - a fully equipped kitchen (hot air oven, microwave, fridge) - 3 lavatories - a very bright staircase hall - first floor very large room with 160/200 four-posterbed - bathroom connecting to the Master bedroom with walk-in shower, bath tub, sink, lavatory. - second floor a room with a double bed 160/200 and a room with twee separated beds 90/200 bathroom with sink and a shower; a separated lavatory. also a couch-bed 140/200 separated between the two bedrooms. (also 1 babybed available) - private garden with terraces, chairs and tables - in the cellar you can use the washing and dryer machine, flat-iron, all the waist containers are also there situated LOCATION: - perfectly located in the quiet, green, beautiful and prestigious Knokke centre. - Designer shops, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance (100 m) - public transportation on walking distance (500 m) tram to all the other seaside resorts (75 km) every 15 min; trains and busses to everywhere. You will find soft comfortable towels to use in the bathroom. We also provide bed linen to make you stay as pleasant as possible. The given rates apply to renting the entire house.
