Silvermine Subs is walking distance from the home. We deep clean and update the furniture regularly. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the floors can stay clean. The Pink Pony Club comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 10 beds. Each person has their own bed! The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Other things to note Bedroom #4 is in the garage/game room which is climate controlled & has a twin over twin daybed (sleeps 1-2 comfortably). Plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars. Please only park up to 4 cars at the house. 3 in the drive & 1 on the street. We have had many bad experiences with other decorating contractors either breaking things, leaving the property unclean, or removing our own decor/floats that we kindly provide as a courtesy to our valued guests. Due to this we have decided to partner with our in house decorator Pink Pony Bach EXCLUSIVELY. If you choose to outsource decorating, we only allow our partnered company, Pink Pony Bachelorette.
