Bright spacious double room in Brixton

Private double room in a late Victorian house comprising 4 individual flats. Ideal for people on holiday visiting family and friends, or those wanting to explore our beautiful city and further afield. Unfortunately, my listing is not convenient for people who come to work or study full-time from home. A mixture of work and leisure is welcome of course! I've set check in time at 15h, but will accommodate my guests whenever possible and luggage can be stored earlier too. The space Private double room with comfortable double bed and large desk, in a late Victorian House, in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from Brixton Underground Station and National Rail. Loughborough Junction Overground is just 10 minutes walk away. You'll find restaurants, cafes, bars, a cinema and a Leisure Centre just a few steps away. Situated in a vibrant community with all amenities just a few steps away, the flat is very clean and airy with large French windows. The bedroom is of good dimensions, bright and perfect for someone wishing to spend time in London. Guest access Elevated ground floor (a few external steps) flat with shared bathroom and access to a large convivial kitchen. Guests have free access to fibre optic wireless internet. Guests are, of course, free to come and go as they please and enjoy this beautiful city at their own pace. Laundry can be done for you at £5 per load. During your stay I am able to show you around Brixton and provide information about London and getting around. I have, when a guest has wished it, been more than happy to take them to visit the less travelled places. Other things to note For service and practical reasons the bedroom needs to remain accessible when guests are out.
