Our home is fully furnished. We have automatic washer and dryer which is considered as unique features of our home. Our duplex is located near bus terminals, schools, SM Mall and public market. Bagasbas Beach is 15 min. away and 7 min. away from other resorts. We now accept pets for an extra fee. We provided a landline phone and local business directory for your convenience. Strictly No Smoking in the property. Please contact us first should you need accommodations for last minute booking. The space Having the whole house by yourself gives you the freedom to roam and you will have more privacy. Our kitchen is design to cater a family of four maximum of five. That gives you full privilege to cook your own food way better than buying outside. Automatic washer and dryer are provided but you must provide your own laundry soap. Netflix is also added for your entertainment. It is a home away from home. So enjoy your stay! Guest access You are free to use the entire section of the duplex. Please handle everything with care. Other things to note Our newly installed 1000 liters water tank ensured that there will be abundant supply of water at any given time of day. Hot water is now fully functional since the improvement of water flow. We wanted you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay reason we upgraded our amenities. We also provided and Automatic Washer and Dryer for you to use. You will have to provide your own laundry detergent.
