Le Fournil, the countryside 10 minutes from Limoges

You are in an old 18th century farmhouse. Le Fournil is located in the property's former bread oven. It is independent. Around it, 8 hectares of land, selected pieces of the Limousin countryside. The space With a total area of 56 m2, it can accommodate 1 to 3 people. The cottage consists of a main kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The interior has kept an authentic look (exposed beams and stones), the kitchen is arranged around a bread oven that accommodates, on top, a mezzanine-TV corner. Outside, you have an independent and private terrace, to have your meals with a large table, 4 chairs, an umbrella and a small barbecue. In summer, there are also 2 deckchairs. Nearby, you can use a room, in a barn, to drop off your bikes, stroller, fishing rod, golf clubs... The cottage has a living room with a kitchen area (stovetop, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, many cupboards, and everything you need to eat for 4; then there is a bedroom with a double bed (new bedding October 2025), a single bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, an armchair; finally separately is the bathroom (bathtub, washing machine) and finally, the toilet. We can provide you with baby equipment (baby bed, highchair, booster, toys). On one side you have a view of the inner courtyard of the property, on the other you have a nice panorama of the Limousin countryside, not overlooked. Guest access You have access to the ping-pong table, foosball, bocce ball court, badminton and of course you can walk on the 8 hectares of the property. Other things to note Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement. On the property, there is another cottage for 2 people, and a large one for 5 people, all independent.
