Samudra House is a stones throw away from the famed "Golden Mile" beach in Mount Lavinia and has all modern amenities and facilities required to make this a home away from home. The house has a private swimming pool and large garden and is ideal for families with kids who enjoy large open spaces. The space The house can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and has 2 queen size double beds and 2 single beds. One room has an ensuite bathroom whilst two rooms share one attached bathroom. The house has all modern amenities which include air conditioning in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with Italian fittings, cable TV and Wifi (fair usage). The premises is safe for infants. A private swimming pool with a large garden surrounds the house and provides a tranquil environment for some rest and relaxation. The premises is surrounded by high walls, has CCTV cameras installed outside the house and is in a secure neighbourhood. However, please do get in touch for shorter bookings. Any extra guests will need to be communicated prior to booking. Extra beds are not possible inside the room but a mattress can be provided on request.
