Luxury villa With Private Pool near beaches

A beautiful newly built private 3-bedroomed/3-bathroomed villa with a private pool in tranquil surroundings on Gramacho Golf & Country Estate. The villa is fully equipped to high specification and furnished with good taste and all rooms are air-conditioned. Fibre optic internet access is provided free of charge. The landscaped gardens surround the villa and there is a small lawn area for children to play. Stunning views overlooking the 4th green and back of the 5th fair-way. The space The villa has a master bedroom upstairs (en-suite) with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the swimming pool. The further two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor together with a spacious lounge opening up to the gardens/pool area and a modern kitchen. There are sofas, table and chairs plus 6 sunbeds around the pool area. We can accommodate up to 7 persons with a foldable chair/sofa bed (no extra charge children up to 12 years). The swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge (200€/wk) and it has a shallow end and Roman steps. Security alarm and safe for valuables. Other things to note On arrival we will collect council Tourist Tax from any guest 13 years or older at 2€/person/night for max 7 nights.
