The house is remarkably placed in the first row on the beach and close to the village. It enjoys a private direct descent to the large beach. Shops are 100 meters away. It has not been recently renovated but is very well maintained and very clean. Bedding and towels are provided with the rental, the beds will be made. There are 5 bedrooms but one of them is controlled and therefore rather reserved for children. WIFI box. The space The living room area is open to the garden terrace through large bay windows that offer a magnificent view of the sea. There is a 160 cm double bed in the master bedroom with sea view on the ground floor. On the first floor, three 160 cm double beds in three sea view bedrooms, and two 80 cm single beds in a small bedroom, which can be suitable for children or teenagers. One bathroom on the ground floor and one shower room upstairs. Three cars can park in the private garden.
