Mannum Marine Homestead at Greening's Landing / Mannum Marine is a beautiful self contained holiday home. Located just 12kms from the Mannum Caravan Park & Township, the property overlooks the stunning River Murray and Mannum Marine / Greening Properties Marina. A walk down the front steps of the property will have you right on the banks of the river. Stunning Sunrises and Sunsets all visable from the front deck. The space The Mannum Marine Homestead at Greening's Landing is a home away from home. With stunning view of the River Murray it's easy to pass the day sitting outside on the deck or simply lazing around the pool. Modern, luxurious and recently renovated the homestead provides something for everyone. A beautiful open plan kitchen (with new appliances) and dining area with sliding door out onto the deck which extends around the entire house. Two separate living areas. The first overlooking the Marina & River and the second area features a bar and pool table. There are three reverse cycle air-conditioners through the home as well as an open fireplace in the BBQ area outside next to the pool. The homestead has four bedrooms, three of which have Marina / River views. The Master Bedroom has it's own door out to the front deck as well as an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and television. The second queen sized bedroom is situated at the back of the home and has a bathroom right next-door. Similar to the Master Bedroom it also has it's own door to access the rear garden / pool. This room has a queen sized bed however a third fold-out bed can also be set up. The other two bedrooms both have double beds and have stunning views of the River / Marina. A single a port-a-cot & high chair are also available. Guest access Access to the entire property apart from two locked cupboards inside and a shed outside. One cupboard is located in the hallway outside the bathroom, and the other in the laundry. You are welcome to look around the property however we ask that you respect the privacy of our Private Boat customers. The BBQ Area and toilet facilities at the bottom of the property near the river are for Houseboat customers only. Other things to note Australian School Holidays are a minimum of 4 nights stay. South Australian long weekends are a minimum of 3 nights stay. Normal weekends are a minimum of 2 nights stay. Easter is a minimum 4 nights stay.
