There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. The space Nestled in a little corner of paradise 350 meters high in the hills, la Magione is a delightful and elegant Villa with breath-taking views across the hillsides and over to the islands in the Tuscan archipelago beyond. The house, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms immersed in delightful gardens, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and splendid views. You will enter the house on the plan of the garden and terrace. On this floor, we find a large living room with two huge panoramic windows with a splendid view and which can be covered by electric blinds. There is a beautiful fireplace, five comfortable armchairs, and a sofa, to invite you to relax. The spaces are complete with original paintings and sculptures. The spacious kitchen/dining room with a central island is fully equipped with all types of cookware, an electric oven, microwave, 5-burner gas hob, hood, dishwasher, and a large fridge with drawers; an expandable table can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen overlooks the same communicating fireplace as the living room. The master bedroom is a room en-suite, located on the floor below and has large panoramic windows, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wardrobe. There is a second double bedroom on this floor with two windows, its own fireplace, a private bathroom with shower and French doors which can be used as a private entrance. On the inside, the rooms convey the atmosphere of the past, but with every comfort. The linen is mainly characterized by the white, symbol of freshness, purity. On the outside, the gardens are pure pleasure. For outdoor living, in Italian style, you will appreciate the large paved terrace with its extra dining area, a charming marble in the shade, and six armchairs, as well as the cozy sitting area with comfortable chairs and chaise longue. There is another garden terrace with a swimming pool and a 2 m wide hot tub, by both of them the guests can enjoy a panoramic overview from the valley to the coast. This terrace is also equipped with sun loungers and chaise longues. Guests are welcome to use the other outdoor spaces of the Borgo, such as the large barbecue area with chairs and table arranged on a covered panoramic terrace, the vegetable garden, and a cellar available for guests to taste local wines, olive oils, and other typical products, to share conviviality in an atmosphere of pleasure and dialogue that is established between several people during a happy holiday. Other things to note The place is dreamlike for those who want to feel like an eagle in its eyrie far away from the hustle and bustle of the world. However, keep in mind that the village is mainly pedestrian and clings to a steep slope above the coastal plain.
