East End 2 bed Home with excellent transport links

This is a bright and sunny two bedroom flat in a 4 story building. First floor with lift. The apartment has wood flooring, one bathroom and central heating as well as a balcony overlooking a small park. Kitchen and sitting room are open plan. We are a bus ride from Hackney Wick, Stratford and the Olympic Park, a walk from the Lee Valley and the Mile End Road with Cafes Pubs and Restaurants . The tube station is 3 minutes walk away and takes you into central London in 25 minutes. Zone 2. The space The apartment is in a fairly quiet residential area but this is an inner City location and a busy estate. Friday lunchtime sees Friday prayers at the front of the building. Very close to the tube, the vibrant areas of Bow and Hackney, Whitechapel and Stratford. There are great wildlife walks very near by at the Bow Back Rivers where you can spot herons, egrets and goldfinches. There are three supermarkets in close proximity. Guest access The flat is entirely at the guests disposal. There is a communal garden with a small playground and a bigger park next to the building. The building is sadly not wheelchair accessible as there are steps up to the lift and thresholds in the flat with doorways and hallways too narrow for a wheelchair. Other things to note We haven’t let the flat for a long time so it’s not hugely well equipped. If there is something particular you might need please let us know.
