Spacious 61 m2 apartment on the ground floor (R-2) of a private chalet. We occupy the upper part. Channel Valley area 1 km from the center of Morzine, in a charming and quiet valley. Close to the Nyon cable car (600 meters). Free shuttle stop 70m away. Ideal for reaching Morzine, Avoriaz or the bottom of the Manche valley at certain times of the year (winter and summer). The space Apartment of 61 m2, fully equipped and totally renovated in 2024, composed of: - an entrance with storage, - a bathroom, - independent restrooms, - one bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and storage, - one bedroom with two (+ one) bunk beds 80 x 185 cm and storage, - a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), - a dining area and kitchen, - an outdoor terrace, - access to the garden shared with the owners. Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, TV, hifi, wifi, barbecue, .... Bed linen is provided, as well as towels (1/person) and a dish towel. Ideal for 4 people but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its extra beds. Hosting a 7th guest is possible, by way of derogation and exception, on a short stay (< 7 nights), for an additional fee, and bearing in mind less comfort for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse to host this additional guest. Accommodation not eligible for Multipass in summer. Due to the ongoing renovation, the exteriors are not fully completed. Guest access The accommodation is independent of that of the owners and has its own access. Parking is shared on the outdoor space available in front of the cottage. The garden is shared with the owners. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants prior to departure. Possibility of cleaning package: 75 euros/stay. Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday) in high season winter/summer or for periods of 2 nights minimum in average and low seasons. Accommodation not eligible for Multipass in summer.
