The space Our apartment is the excellent choice for you! This is a modern 181m2 penthouse, fully furnished, located on the 4th floor of our family owned building. There is one apartment per each floor. Once inside, you will be captured by the light that this apartment reflects. It is entirely in laminate floor and has double glazed wooden window frames. All furniture are custom made. You will find all the amenities that a true home-away-from-home can offer to our guests for an exceptional, comfortable and enjoyable experience. The open space consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a large and well-equipped american kitchen and also a dining space for 6 people. The apartment has three bedrooms (BR): BR 1 - large and bright, with a king size bed, a large wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower and a panoramic balcony overlooking the Dajti mountain. BR 2 - features two single beds, a library, and a work space with a desk and comfy chair. BR 3 - features two single beds, with very comfortable mattresses and a large wardrobe. Next to the entrance corridor, there is also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and also a laundry room, with a washing machine and storage space. We take great care of our guests by carefully choosing cotton sheets and towels. We are glad to ofer you also a fast speed internet connection of 100Mbps. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, located in our private building, offering to our distinguished guests, a total privacy. You'll find everything needed to feel at home: modern amenities, air conditioning, internet connection, cable TV with international channels, etc. Just few minutes walk from the apartment, you could reach almost every point of interest: the Scanderbeg square, the National Historical Museum, the Gallery of Arts, the historical Et 'hem Bey's Mosque, Tirana's Castle etc. Also just around the corner you will find very nice bars and restaurants which serve delicious local or international food, the fresh market of fruit & vegetables called New Bazaar (Pazari i ri), supermarkets, clothes shops, banks, pharmacies, malls...everything is within your reach.
