We are located at a secure gated compound in Santiago City -- 3 mins drive to Savemore, Jollibee, Petron & Coffee Warehouse; 5 mins drive to the local market & church; 10 mins drive to Robinson's Mall. TATAMI Room is furnished with 2 Japanese floor mattresses, A/C unit, oriental side table, Japanese swivel chair, full length mirror and a tatami mat. Access to a shared living room, lounge room, kitchen, 2 T&B (w hot shower), covered garage, laundry area, etc. Room can accommodate 2, max of 3. The space The property is furnished w/ kitchen, 2 aircon rooms, 2 toilet & bath (w hot shower), a lounge area at the 2nd floor, balcony, covered garage, laundry area, etc. Kitchen essentials are included : refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove, electric kettle, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, kitchen utensils, placemats and coasters, etc. The unit is located in a secure and gated compound with 24hr roving guard and CCTV. We also provide: - Air conditioning in rooms - Fans - Hangers - Hot water/shower - Private entrance - Soap and Shampoo - Toilet paper - Towels - Bed linens - Pillows and blankets - Refrigerator and microwave oven - Induction stove and cookware - Electric kettle - Laptop friendly workspace - Covered garage - Free parking on premises - Patio or balcony - First aid kit - Anti-mosquito lamp - Books for your reading pleasure - Garden (work in progress) Like us on face buk : Suisen Place at OJC Residences Other things to note - Our Property Coordinator will personally meet you upon checking in to handover keys and assist on any queries you have with the property. - Check-in time is earliest 2pm (latest at 7pm) and check-out is no later than 12 noon since we need to prepare the unit for the next booking. For late check-out, we charge 500 pesos within 1st 2 hours after which whole day charge will apply. Please make sure to coordinate with our Property Coordinator so she can get the key and clear you for check-out. - Housekeeping: Please wash used dishes, pans and dining/kitchen utensils. Please dispose trash properly into the garbage bags provided. - Please take good care and hold on to the house key. If you lose the key, we will charge 2,000 pesos for the replacement of the whole key set and installation costs. - Please CONSERVE ELECTRICITY. Kindly TURN-OFF ALL APPLIANCES AND LIGHTS whenever you leave the unit. Do not leave any valuables behind. - No illegal activities allowed. No more than 7 guests at any given time in the unit. No parties and No loud activities allowed that will disturb neighboring units, especially after 10pm. - Depending on agreement, we may require a security deposit. Please take care of the house like it was your own, as most of the stuff inside the house have sentimental value :) - We may ask you to sign an acknowledgement form containing an inventory of the things found inside the property.
