The house is close to the beautiful Gironde estuary, and has stunning views over the vineyards and the estuary itself. It's ideal for couples and families (with kids). The gardens are approx 1/4 acre in size and are completely fenced as is the swimming pool. The property is situated in a small hamlet with shops in nearby villlages 3 kms away. Bordeaux is 100 km. La Rochelle approx 80 km. Own transport is necessary. The space This lovely house in the Charente Maritime department of Western France is perfect for those 'get away from it all' holidays whilst still convenient for shopping, restaurants, beaches, museums and historical sites as well a real flavour of french rural life. Comfortably sleeping 6 in three bedrooms - one with double bed, one with twin beds, and one with 2 x 2'6" twin beds, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet, there is a living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house has just had air conditioning installed. The grounds are approx 1/4 acre and are completely fenced as is the swimming pool - which is open from beginning of June till the end of September.
