This T2, cool in the summer, includes 2 independent rooms plus a hallway: an equipped kitchen and a living room with a 140 bed and a sofa. We want you to feel good. Our accommodation is bright and overlooks a 100 m2 terrace with a (shared) pool in the shade of a large linden tree where it is nice to read or take a nap in the cool. It is on the ground floor of our house but has a separate entrance via the terrace. Looking forward to welcoming you... * The space Privas is a small quiet town in a very good location! Guest access Entire accommodation with independent access from our house. You'll need to go through the terrace. Other things to note The studio is part of the house we live in. So you may hear us walking, singing, laughing... Not excessively, but a lively and happy house. We also have a cat named "Chiffou". Regarding the pool, if we are absent, we will ask you to remove the leaves that can be sucked into the skimmer and to turn the pump on and off.
