This spectacular waterfront home nestled in tranquil Sunshine Bay. Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties. The space The oversized Master Suite has walk in robes and large modern en-suite. All four Bedrooms enjoy fantastic views North facing and designed to maximize ocean and Bay views and has direct beach access off walking trail. There are two outdoor living areas; an expansive deck area with dining table and a relaxed ground level are both overlooking Sunshine Cove. Cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the main living areas maximize your views of the water. The dining room features a glass ceiling and feature rock wall and leads into a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with granite benches. Need a break from the outdoors? Sit back in the comfortable lounge, watch Netflix on the flat screen and get connected through the Wi-Fi network. For your comfort there is both split heating/air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. There is ample off street parking and even a space for a boat or trailer. The tranquil landscaped gardens attract many native birds and provide a relaxing environment. A short distance from shops, cafes and public transport. 1.75 hours to Canberra and 3.5 to Sydney Guest access Guests have full use of the house but no access to the double garage. There is ample parking for cars in the driveway and free street parking in a quiet court location. Other things to note Unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets as there are no boundary fences or secure yard to contain them. Please do not bring any pets with you.
