Samudra seafront - Double room ( Half villa )

Beach House is the finest sea front property with three independent beach villas near Kovalam. A perfect place to spend your Kerala holidays with Private like Beach. The property is located 7 kms south of Kovalam, 1 km south of Vizhinjam international Seaport which is under construction. constructions sounds are some times heard. Break water of the port is visible. The access to our property is through next door resort -Niaramaya. Nearest car access point & parking is 400 m from beach house. The space Each Beach House has two double bedrooms with a linked lounge room in between. The roof is still kept thatched with palm leaf mats, on the continued suggestions from the guests who have stayed here. The rooms are air-conditioned, as well as naturally ventilated. Rooms also have overhead fan. Since the house is both seafront and beach front, water is visible through all the windows of the house. There is onsite cuisine service.. Guest access Guest will get one of the two rooms, of the villa . The Lounge room in between the two rooms, will be commonly shared with the occupant in the other room. Each room accommodates 2 persons. designed perfectly to ensure maximum privacy of the guests in each room. The entry into our property is through next door resort - Nirammaya. one will have walk 400 meter and climb down steep steps to reach our villa, as the villas are.loacted at sea level. . This may not be suitable for very aged people, and people with knee issues. During your stay There is chef to cook food for resident guests. A house keeper will come in the morning. There will be a Waiter to look after all your needs. There will be a night security ( though not needed ). I will meet the guests only on alternate days. The services are mostly informal. Other things to note Facilities like Swimming pool, Beer& wine parlour, boutique shops, spa, restaurant etc....are available to KBH guests, at our next door 5 star hotel Niraamaya Surya Samudra. We operate on Bed & Breakfast only. For lunch and dinner one will have to depend Niraamaya restaurant, or go out. There is a port at 1 km distance from our property, which is under construction. some times noise can be heard.
