"Swallows" is a self-contained annexe and part of a barn conversion in the peaceful, rural hamlet of Harbourneford. There are lots of lovely walks on your doorstep and the National Cycle Network also passes through the hamlet. We are 1.5 miles from the village of South Brent which has all the amenities that you might need during your stay and plus some! "Swallows" is ideal for singles, couples or a young family seeking a holiday in South Devon as well as those looking for a longer holiday stay. The space This property is only available to rent for the purposes of a holiday and for a maximum of 28 days at a time. The living area is open plan and the shower room is an en-suite off the bedroom. There is courtyard seating outside which is a perfect spot when the sun is out. There is a private parking area immediately outside the property making it very accessible - the property is all on one level. Guest access This is a self-contained space with private access for guests. Please note: some of the weeks that appear 'blocked' out on the calendar are available for those seeking an extended holiday stay and arriving before (rather than during) the 'blocked' dates. Other things to note The setting is very peaceful yet only a 5 minutes drive from the A38 making it an excellent base to explore beautiful South Devon. Access to Dartmoor is within a couple of miles and beaches can be reached within 30 minutes. The towns of Totnes, Dartington, Buckfastleigh, Ashburton and Ivybridge can all be reached by car within 10-20 minutes.
