The space The flat is on the ground floor, has private entrance and was renovated in May 2017, to add the modern comfort to the charm of a centenarian building. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfy bed for a child, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, kettle and a some basic ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper). We have Smart TV and wireless internet. Please note that: -This a residential building in a quiet area (no traffic, bars in the surroundings nor extraordinary street noise) but as any old construction with wooden floors the sound isolation between flats is not 100% perfect (you might hear footsteps from the floor above). - It is a 24sqm studio with a individual sofabed, more suitable to accomodate children or guests short stays without compromising comfort. For longer stays or groups of 3 adults we suggest you choose one of our other flats more spacious. Some of the amenities provided (namely coffee or toilet paper) based on average usage of minimum stay (3 days); linen and towels are changed once a week in longer stays.
